Request for Qualifications For Engineering Services for Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements

The Kennebunk Sewer District is requesting qualification for the engineering services relating to the construction of new biological treatment processes to replace the existing Rotating Biological Contactors (RBCs). The new construction will replace the failing RBCs with a treatment process capable of providing treatment for the reduction of nitrogen in the effluent consistent with regulatory requirements.
