Contractors that have filed the appropriate insurance and bonding documentation are listed as Active. Contractors that are Inactive can still be used as long as they provide the District with the proper documentation and bonding requirements prior to initiating a project. It is the District’s policy that any property owner wanting to connect to the Kennebunk Sewer District’s mains is required to contact the District to pay the one-time connection fee, also called the equity buy-in fee and provide the name of their licensed drain layer before the building permit from the Town will be issued.
